ChinaInterActiveCorp Grabs US$48 Million VC Investment

Comprehensive technology service provider ChinaInterActiveCorp (CIC) has just landed US$48 million in venture capital investment.
The funding comes from General Atlantic, Doll Capital Management, Technology Crossover Ventures, Accel Partners and Legend Capital.
General Atlantic's general manager Feng Wenshi and Doll Capital Management's founder David Chao will join the board of directors of CIC.
CIC's president and CEO Chen Yizhou announced in August 2005 that his company would prepare an IPO in 2006.
