Onyx (ONXS) says it has received an unsolicited proposal from CDC Corporation (CHINA).
Onyx says its Board of Directors will evaluate the proposal in light of what it believes to be in the best interests of Onyx shareholders.
CDC will hold a conference call tomorrow to discuss its new simplified proposal for a strategic transaction with Onyx.
A few months ago, Onyx rebuffed a buyout bid by CDC Corporation.
