Business management software provider Kingdee has announced in Beijing that it will recruit 11 ERP global experts to populate its board to carry out the company's new strategy over the next five years.
Kingdee says it will choose experienced managers, scholars and consultants. It will arrange these people to oversee the company's finance management, supply chain management, human resource management and IT planning sectors.
Kingdee will have them participate in the company's decision-making and offer them a salary that is equal to that of the company's vice-CEO.
