Tsinghua Unisplendour Corporation has put forward a "Thousand City Program" that aims to introduce sales, training and value-added services in 1000 rural counties across the country.
Li Zhiqiang, CEO of Tsinghua Unispendour, says that the rural market has a great demand for family education. He says users there have a high demand for training, and because the service system in the rural areas is very weak Tsinghua Unispendour sees an opportunity to open the market.
Li says that the "One Thousand City Program" is not only an important strategy for the company to expand its computer service, but also important channel for it to bring knowledge to the rural area to help raise awareness.
