Fuzhou Secondary People's Court has accepted a lawsuit filed by TKgame against computer game portal 17173, which has been accused of improper competition.
TKgame says that 17173 has launched a range of products that are similar to TKgame's. TKgame says that this has caused many problems to their business.
TKgame asks 17173 to apologize and rename its products. It has not claimed any economic compensation.
TKgame claims it is the first online game company in China to position itself as an online game peripheral service provider in China. Its products include TK Baodian and Youxicun.
