Bokee's CEO Resigns

Bokee.com's Board of Directors has approved the resignation of Shen Feng, the company CEO, who is departing for personal reasons.
Fang Dongxing, founder and president of Bokee.com, thinks highly of Shen's contribution to the company, and says that he is such an experienced and capable person that Shen can be Fang's teacher.
A representative from Bokee.com says despite his resignation, Shen will be retained as an honorary consultant for Bokee.com and the CEO position will be taken over by Tan Yongquan, current COO of the company.
