In order to make full use of their broadband resources and attract more business customers, hotels in Zhejiang Province are busy transforming their suites into "Digital E-Rooms".
"Digital E-Rooms" is a value-added service launched by Zhejiang Telecom in May this year for the hospitality sector. It includes diversified services like telecom broadband access, broadband network computers, value-added content, and after-sales maintenance.
With the new service, guests no longer need to bring their own computer to the hotel when they book rooms, because computers and network connectivity are already provided in each room.
Zhejiang Telecom says scores of hotels in the province have already started using the service.
