Jiangsu Telecom Launches Collect Call Service

Jiangsu Telecom has launched a collect call service called 11803. The new service is available to both fixed phone and Little Smart users.
With this service, users can make a phone call free of charge while the receiver of the phone needs to pay for the call.
Jiangsu Telecom announced that users do not have to worry about unnecessary phone costs because they have a special PIN to help them prevent unwanted incoming calls.
At present, the service is only limited within Jiangsu Province.
