Langchao Group has completed a strategic software merger with Japan's Shinwa.
From now on, Langchao's Inspur brand will be responsible for managing the software sub-contract services of both sides.
Langchao has successfully acquired four software companies since it developed software sub-contract services, and its software sub-contract team and business scale have been increasing by more than 200% each year.
At present, Langchao's service range covers application software system development, embedded software development, software testing and data input.
Shinwa is a professional software sub-contract service provider in Japan. No other terms of the deal have been released.
