Starting in September 2006, the Internet Society of China will train a total of 1000 email service administrators in key regions across China in order to improve Chinese Internet companies' overall level in dealing with email spam.
The training will ensure better standards when dealing with email communications and provide a healthy email service environment that will slowly eradicate unsolicited bulk email.
The training base will be set in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province and administrators from Zhejiang, Anhui, Jiangsu and Fujian will be first involved.
ISC will issue an email service administrator training certificate to the trainees and another certificate to their companies. These companies will be given the access to ISC's blacklist database and priority in becoming a member of ISC's whitelist.
In addition, ISC will organize a platform for trainees and member companies to exchange their views on anti-spam work happening in China.
