WangYou Media says it has established a strategic partnership with Baidu.com (BIDU) for the development and promotion of Web-based multimedia content.
Under the partnership, Beijing-based WangYou Media has agreed to syndicate multimedia content, including user-generated film clips, short video series and entertainment programs to Baidu.com.
WangYou Media, officially launched in March 2005, says it has been dedicated to providing China's online youth community with a multimedia platform for creating, sharing, organizing and distributing all kinds of original digital amateur works.
Earlier this year, WangYou Media also announced a partnership with QQ.com, one of the leading online media and value-added information services providers in China also targeting the online youth community.
