Intel Capital Invests US$40 Million Into Neusoft

Intel (INTC) announced on that its affiliate Intel Capital has agreed to invest US$40 million to Chinese software company Neusoft.
This is the largest amount of investment that Intel Capital has made in China. Intel says apart from the investment, it will also cooperate with Neusoft on hardware and software integration, education and training.
With US$556 million in assets and 8000 employees, Neusoft is one of the largest specialized vendor of solutions, digital products and services in China.
