Rumor: Mop.com Will Merge With Hurray

Mop.com, a top interactive entertainment portal in China, is said to be in the final stage of negotiation with Hurray (HRAY) on a merger.
Local media report that the parties may exchange their shares in a 1:1 ratio to consummate the deal. The reports say that Oak Pacific Interactive, formerly known as ChinaInterActiveCorp and the parent company of Mop.com, is busy integrating its various resources and it hopes to get listed through the merger with Hurray
Neither of the concerned parties has made any public comment.
