Sina.com Senior Manager Hops To Alibaba

Local media report that Chen Jianming, vice president of Sina.com (SINA) responsible for branding and marketing, will resign from the company and join Alibaba to work as the e-commerce website's vice president and as vice president of Yahoo China.
The report says that Shen Jianming will still be managing branding and marketing at the new position in Alibaba and she began to hand over her duties at Sina.com as earlier as September.
Shen is one of the few female senior managers at Sina.com. She joined the company in 1999 and has been engaged in business expansion. At her post, she has helped Sina.com establish strategic cooperation with many international companies including Intel, Motorola, and Microsoft. She was promoted to vice president of Sina.com in November 2004.
