The Internet Society of China, Anti-Spam Center and Qihoo have together launched an Internet public welfare campaign called "Blue Ribbon".
The "Blue Ribbon" represents a joint force of the concerned parties against bad online behavior. The campaign will focus on educating the public about best-practices in the production of website content and also showcase websites that adhere to good standards.
The campaign has just begun and the parties will continue to join with other companies to spread the message in China.
