Wang Qindai, CEO of Hurray (HRAY), has told local media that his company is not involved in any merger with Mop.com.
It was rumored earlier that Mop.com, which is seeking an IPO, might merge with Hurray, but Wang says that their cooperation is instead mainly focused on business services.
Wang says that Hurray will shift to the digital entertainment field and focus on developing music and games service. He says that the company hopes to increase its share in the music market from less than 10% at present to 25% in the next two to three years.
The third quarter report of Hurray shows that the company's income from mobile and wireless value-added service has accounted for 91% of the company's total revenue during the period.
