Haier has launched a new Core 2 Quad desktop computer which features the most advanced four-core technology within the personal computing industry.
The company has also announced a road show for this new product in cooperation with Intel, Microsoft and Sohu.com in 18 cities in China.
The newly released PC adopts Intel's latest four-core Core 2 Quad processor. It runs great for gamers playing large online games and this is the main reason why Sohu.com has joined Haier in the road show.
Haier's computer brand entered Zhongguancun, the hub of China's IT industry, in June 2005 when it released more than 20 types of PC products at oe time. In the second quarter of this year, Haier's home-based laptop PCs ranked second among all China's national computer brands.
