China UnionPay Launches Special Service For Spring Festival

China UnionPay says that in order to meet the increasing demand of consumers who plan to travel overseas during the upcoming Spring Festival Holiday, China UnionPay will launch a "Trip of Discovery" service from now until March 31, 2007 in 24 countries and regions where its service is available.
During this period, China UnionPay card holders, will be able to use their card easily in countries and regions where China UnionPay's service is available. They can join in China UnionPay's "Trip of Discovery" activity out of China by logging in and registering at the special section on Ctrip.com.
China UnionPay says it launched this service so Chinese citizens know more about its service in overseas countries. China UnionPay runs service in 24 countries and regions around the world, which covers 98% of the total regions that Chinese citizens often visit.
