Li Yuanjun, general manager of Dell (DELL) China's Client Service Center, says that Dell's sales in China will increase by 30% and with this fast growth, the company may need to build a new computer factory in the next three to four years.

In May 2006, Dell started its second computer factory in China. The factory covers 55000 square meters and was designed to produce 7 million computers each year, which doubled that annual production capacity of Dell's old factory in Xiamen which mainly targets the Chinese domestic market.

At present, China is Dell's third largest market next to the U.S and Great Britain. Dell hopes that it will keep the current growth rate in China and can take up 10% of China's computer market.
