Focus Media Deals With Goufang.com

Following its recent purchase of Chinese online advertising firm Allyes, Focus Media (FMCN) has now inked a deal with Goufang.com, a local real estate website.
Local media reports that Focus Media is forming a strategic partnership with Goufang.com and the two sides will carry out in-depth cooperation for their respective information platforms and resources. There is no word yet on the value of this transaction.
Focus Media has already completed the acquisition of Allyes and it had also increased its income expectations for 2007 to $390 million to $400 million from the previous $350 million to $360 million.
