Alibaba's Dealers Threaten To Withdraw From Website

Sixteen dealers on Alibaba.com have sent a joint email to Alibaba, asking the e-commerce giant to offer a 40% discount to them, or they will withdraw from Alibaba's sales channel.
The dealers said in the email that they have business losses since they became Alibaba's dealers seven months ago. They said they have followed Alibaba's advice and initiated al the requisite marketing plans, but they received only continued to lose money.
The dealers asked Alibaba to offer them 10% more on their sales so that they could retain their salespeople and maintain a stable team. They said that they would leave Alibaba and publish their operational details over the past seven months if their request was turned down by Alibaba.
Local media has not reported on any response from Alibaba.

why is this Alibaba's problem? They have losses because of their own faults.
