ASAP Software and Digital China have formed an alliance for providing services for the acquisition and management of software licenses, hardware and IT services to global accounts across North America, China, Australia, and Europe.

The agreement provides benefits to Digital China clients by expanding its capabilities in North America and Europe. Digital China geographic coverage includes three regional sales centers and three distribution centers, and covers 17 major cities in mainland China and Hong Kong. ASAP Software serves clients through 48 local sales offices in North America and Europe.

"We are excited about our alliance with Digital China," said Paul Jarvie, president of ASAP Software. "It allows us to serve their remote clients in North America and Europe, and to create the foundation to bring our service capability to China."
