C-COM Satellite Systems has established a service and support center in Beijing.
The service center will be operated by one of C-COM's Chinese value added resellers, Hua Sheng & Li Tian Technology Company and will train Chinese customers in the use of the C-COM manufactured iNetVu Mobile auto pointing satellite platforms. It will also provide local technical support and will also act as a warranty repair center and distribution facility for all C-COM products sold in China.
"With the establishment of this facility C-COM's Chinese customers and dealers will be able to get trained and supported locally by qualified C-COM certified Chinese speaking support staff. This facility will also provide timely first and second level technical support and local warranty/repair services. HSLT will also have inventory on hand for fast delivery of iNetVu products to their local customer base. We are pleased to have HSLT as our value added partner in China and with their assistance we expect to generate incremental iNetVu Mobile business from this rapidly expanding market place" said Leslie Klein, president and CEO of C-COM Satellite Systems.
