Beijing's Haidian District Industry and Commercial Department and Beijing Organizing Committees of the Olympic Games have begun an investigation on local online entertainment service provider Ourgame, who has been reportedly involved in violating the Olympic Games logo.
Ourgame has been accused of selling Olympic Games commodities, including Olympic game slogans, and the five-ring sign on its game of Xin San Guo Ce for profit, without the permission of BOCOG.
The company promised to delete the relevant commodities from its website as soon as possible, but the case is under further investigation by the local Industry and Commerce Department.
