Tom Online (TOMO) has formally announced the launch of a new Tom Video Frequency Center, which gives users the ability to download and view online video.
Zeng Fuhu, general manager of Tom Online's Website Business Department, introduced to local media that the new platform adopts the latest P2P technology, which enables the overwhelming majority of their existing broadband users to watch online video and film programs more smoothly.
Regarding the two main problems of blurry profit-making options and imperfect regulations faced by China's domestic online video frequency market, Zeng says that they will cooperate with some upper range suppliers to co-build an online platform and work with them to avoid any possible problems.
