VST Appointed By Dell To Be Distributor

Hong Kong based VST says that it has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Dell to be responsible for distributing the computer maker's laptop computers, desktop computers and servers in China.
This means Dell fully says goodbye to its long time direct selling pattern in the China market. The two sides will cooperate in 12 provinces in China and may expand their range of cooperation in the future.
Dell has not made any comment on the report.
Set up in 1991, VST Holdings Limited is engaged in the distribution of a wide range of IT products and related components. Currently, it is distributor for a number of companies including Seagate and AMD.
