China Unicom Revamps CRM System

AsiaInfo (ASIA) has won an exclusive contract with China Unicom to develop a CRM system.

"I am confident that our market-proven software solution coupled with our strong project delivery ability will ensure the system meets the highest standard in the industry."
As the centerpiece of China Unicom's next generation Business Operation Support System, the headquarters-level CRM system will perform the critical role of connecting provincial BOSS and ensuring unified customer care across China.
