Chinasoft International has completed the payments for its 100% of stake of Hinge Global Resource.
Chinasoft has paid US$45.06 million, with 30% of the payment fulfilled in cash.
Chinasoft passed a resolution on the acquisition of HGR on July 9. Following this final payment, Chinasoft International has now increased its common share stake from 810 million shares to 981 million shares. At present, the Hong Kong listed Chinasoft International holds 99.9985% of the stake of Chinasoft (Hong Kong).
