ERP business provider Digital China has recently set up two joint venture companies, each of them involving about CNY10 million in investment, in Heilongjiang and Anhui, respectively.
The JV in Heilongjiang was set up between Digital China and Harbin Science & Technology Developing Company, one of the largest IT companies in Heilongjiang Province. The one in Anhui was formed between Digital China and Anlian, a major computer provider in Anhui Province. Digital China aims to strengthen its businesses in northeast China, which was known as a former industrial base in China, and the middle part of the country with these two new JVs.
The development of ERP has been favored by many software companies at both home and abroad. As a result, the market competition in the field is fierce.
Digital China ERP has set up branches and offices in more than 30 cities across China.
