U.S.-based security solutions company Cloakware has partnered with China-based MobileTech Limited to provide data safety services.
Cloakware will provide its Server Password Manager to markets in the Greater China region. CSPM allows enterprises to bolster the protection of critical data, and complete identity management and compliance programs.
"Cloakware's Server Password Manager is a market-leading technology that will enable us to broaden our reach into a variety of industries," said Sam Lam, CEO of MobileTech. "We want to be as aggressive as possible in providing our customers with the most advanced security solutions available. As private industry continues to expand rapidly in the region, we are well positioned to take CSPM to a broad array of organizations. A wide range of industries and government agencies will benefit enormously from this technology."
CSPM delivers automated, cost-effective and auditable management of privileged and application-to-application passwords. This enables organizations to comply with the standards and legislation which require all passwords be updated on a regular basis. CSPM enables organizations to improve compliance, protect confidential data, decrease system downtime and lower operating costs. As a result of its recent acquisition by Irdeto, Cloakware is now better able to develop and support this product around the world.
