Dell (DELL) has launched a globally-unified and client-targeted new service pattern in Beijing.
Named as ProSupport, the new service enables users to choose service content most suitable to them in accordance with their own scale and demand. Liao Gengyu, general manager of Dell Greater China's Service and Solutions Business, says that the service can help clients save time, money and manpower. He says that Dell has been engaged in simplifying IT to help clients reduce costs and lower the complexity of IT services, and the newly launched ProSupport is the very core module in simplifying IT strategy.
According to Liao, ProSupport combines the original service items into two customized combinations with several options to provide payment service and pre-management, so clients can choose the service item according to their own demand without worrying about paying additional fees caused by unnecessary items.
ProSupport provides support to both IT professionals and terminal users.
