UFIDA To Become Strategic Partner Of Microsoft

Following Inspur, Digital China, Chinasoft International and others, UFIDA is expected to be the latest strategic partner of Microsoft (MSFT) and the two sides plan to announce their cooperation details in coming days.
Microsoft and UFIDA have been in a long-time exchange and cooperation. As early as in 2001, they jointly established the UFIDA-Microsoft United Development Lab. In addition, UFIDA's flagship management software including U8 has been developed based on Microsoft's .NET and they are sold in with the Microsoft's SQL Server.
A representative from UFIDA has told local media that UFIDA would cooperate with Microsoft on many different fields in the future, but the person denied that UFIDA would get investment from Microsoft or be acquired by the software giant.
