Rising Launches SMS Anti-virus Service

Chinese anti-virus software service provider Rising has announced the launch of a short message service platform to provide anti-virus information to users.
Users only need to send a short message to the platform at 106575020236 before they can receive anti-virus countermeasures and suggestions from Rising's engineers. Users can also make inquiries on the platform about the series codes of the anti-virus software or the goods they've purchased. They can also make use of the platform to subscribe or unsubscribe from Rising's downloaded software.
Wang Jianfeng, general manager of Rising's Client Service Center, says that the company will continue to open more advanced functions for the platform so that users can ask for help related to any data loss or computer virus from Rising's engineers. Wang says that the platform is free to users, but they need to pay the basic communications fee for using the short message.
