I emailed alibaba.com to return the unwanted item. no one responded to my email. I will not use this website again. In the USA this process is called bait & switch and is not allowed without penalties against the seller. I purchased a handbag from Alibaba.com. Allibaba site don’t have any feedback policy. I my self did two orders and receive a cheap copy items lost about $ 1500 Hello.
