Following the integration of its global business groups in November last year, Siemens is now conducting a major adjustment on its businesses around the globe by canceling the concept of nationalities in which Siemens China will be included into the Northeast Asia clan.
So far, Siemens China has confirmed with the local media about the adjustment, but the company says they will formally release the news in May or June.
According to Siemens' plan, 25 regional clans will be set up, and Siemens' companies in China, the Koreas and Mongolia will be integrated into the Northeast Asia clan, while Germany and the U.S. will be kept as two independent clans.
It is still yet unknown who will be the head of the Northeast Asia clan.
