Beijing Data Center of Centrin, one of the largest and the most advanced professional data center in China, has been unveiled and put into operation in Beijing's Yizhuang Economic-Technological Development Zone.
BDCC mainly provides information system site resource services; production center operations and hosting services; catastrophe assistance; and sustainable management services for such industry clients as banks, insurance companies, securities companies and the public service organizations. So far, China Construction Bank and Taikang Life Insurance Company have moved into the center.
Different from other data centers that are often located in office buildings, BDCC is an independent park occupying about 100 mu. Its central IDC features the highest industry standards and adopts such preventive measures as explosion-proof walls, safety buffer areas and anti-earthquake features which can help prevent the central IDC from being destroyed in disasters.
