The new production line of Hisense is a surface mounted technology line. With the SMT, electronics products costs' can be reduced by 30% to 50%. In addition, it has advantages such as high reliability, strong anti-vibration ability and less electromagnetic and radio frequency interference.
As one of the first six mobile phone manufacturers that gained the certificate for TD-SCDMA production from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Hisense won a successful bid of 10,500 mobile phones in the first round terminal tender of China Mobile and it gained a 14,500 order in the second round.
