Ctrip.com Cooperates With Google For Travel Search Engine Services

Chinese travel website Ctrip.com (CTRP) has announced that it will carry out a full strategic cooperation with Internet search engine Google (GOOG) for the Google Rebang and electronic map services.
Ctrip.com will integrate its own data to launch the travel top lists jointly with the Google Rebang, offering travel references for customers. Meanwhile, the two parties will cooperate in the field of electronic maps to improve the overall customer experience.
In addition, Ctrip.com will provide information for users to search quickly information of hotels and air tickets. Users also can enjoy one-stop service combining information displaying and reservation services.
Tang Lan, vice president of marketing of Ctrip.com, said that this cooperation is expected to bring more website users to Ctrip.com to realize a win-win situation with Google.
