KongZhong Names New Board Member

Chinese wireless value-added services firm KongZhong (KONG) says Li Xiaolong has been elected as an independent director and will site on the company's Audit, Compensation and Nomination Committees.
Li replaces Charlie Shi, who has resigned for personal reasons, effective yesterday. Li will serve the remainder of Shi's term, which finishes at the end of this year.
Li is the founder and chairman of Net 263. He was previously the founder and executive director of Beijing Jingxun Public Information Technology Company.
