Nokia Siemens Networks Greater China Chairman Resigns

The international telecommunications equipment manufacturer Nokia Siemens Networks has confirmed that David Ho, chairman for Nokia Siemens Networks Greater China, formally departed from his position on October 31, 2008.
According to an open letter published by Ho on his departure, he will work with venture capital organizations in the future and assist the development of emerging Chinese enterprises by making investments in such fields as testing equipment, Web 2.0 Internet communities, mobile software, mobile security, customizing mobile equipment and telecommunications services.
Previous to this, Ho had been working in Nokia Siemens Networks for seven years. Apart from being chairman for Nokia Siemens Networks Greater China, Ho was independent director for many companies and he will reportedly continue to serve as independent director at Pentair, Owens-Illinois, and Sinosteel Corporation.
