Alisoft, the software subsidiary of the Chinese B2B e-commerce giant Alibaba Group, has located its largest service center in China in Yuhua Economic Development Zone, Nanjing, Jiangsu province.
This new software service center aims to provide professional corporate software products, services, and training to help Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises overcome the current financial crisis.
Alisoft will reportedly set up a 3G and Internet research and development center in Nanjing first, and then help these SMEs in Jiangsu to upgrade their online informatization to the next level before the end of 2009.
In addition, the Nanjing municipal government plans to provide fund support to the informatization of local enterprises to reduce worries of SMEs trapped in the financial storm.
