Razer Extends China Reach Through Gaming Agreement

Shanda Online Holdings Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chinese gaming heavyweight Shanda Interactive Entertainment Limited, has established a strategic cooperation with Razer to promote Razer's high-end gaming peripherals in China.
"Shanda Online has traditionally been working with game developers and operators," said Judy Wang, CEO of Shanda Online. "With the new partnership, Shanda Online aims to provide our users a superior way to enjoy the game play experience."
Shanda Online's users will have the opportunity to experience Razer gaming peripherals through Shanda Online's loyalty program and other dedicated promotions.
The financial terms of the deal were not revealed by either party.
