Alcatel-Lucent Shanghai Bell has announced that with the approvals of its board of directors and the relevant government departments, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Bell Alcatel Business Systems Company Ltd. has changed its name to Alcatel-Lucent Shanghai Bell Enterprise Communications Company Ltd.
Qiu Ronghong, president for Alcatel-Lucent East Asia and chairperson for Alcatel-Lucent Shanghai Bell Enterprise Communications, told local media that during the past 15 years, the company was committed to provide dedicated services to corporate users and government organizations. In the future, Alcatel-Lucent Shanghai Bell Enterprise Communications will combine the rich international resources of Alcatel-Lucent with the local advantages of Alcatel-Lucent Shanghai Bell to make larger contributions to the information and digital construction of Chinese enterprises.
