ICBC Opens 3G Mobile Phone Bank Services In China

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China has announced that with the cooperation with all the three major Chinese telecom operators, China Mobile, China Telecom, and China Unicom, it has formally launched its 3G mobile phone bank services.
Compared with its former mobile phone bank, ICBC's new 3G mobile phone bank has more customized operating pages, which ensures convenient and efficient transactions to meet the daily financial and investment demands of customers via the mobile Internet.
Apart from the previous account inquiry and remittance services, the new 3G mobile phone bank also provides investment and financial management functions, including credit card repayment, installment advice, and gold investments.
According to a representative from ICBC, since the launch of the mobile phone bank services, the number of users of the new services has reached over 20 million.
