Director Leaves Hurray's Board In China

A board member has resigned at Chinese wireless value-added services provider Hurray Holding Company Ltd.
Effective July 31, 2009, Robert Mao resigned from the board. Hurray has now named Wenwen Niu as a replacement.
Niu is the publisher and creator of The Founder magazine and a professional industry commentator in China. The company has not given a reason for Mao's departure.
