Eachnet.com, one of the leading Internet shopping websites in China, has announced in Nanjing, Jiangsu, that the company has formally launched a "Taiwan Hall", providing various products from Taiwan.
With this new special area on Eachnet.com, quality distributors from Taiwan will enter the mainland China market more easily. Meanwhile, it will provide a convenient channel for mainland netizens to learn about products from Taiwan.
According to Huang Wenrong, deputy secretary-general of Taipei World Trade Center, the opening of this Taiwan Hall on Eachnet.com will help prevent mainland netizens from buying fake Taiwanese products and it is expected to promote the cross-strait economic and trade exchanges.
Established by the world's leading e-commerce company eBay and the wireless Internet company Tom Online in December 2006, Eachnet.com is one of the largest online trading communities in China, with an annual trading volume of over CNY1 billion.
