Chinese PC maker Lenovo Group has announced that its first flagship store in India has been opened in Nehru Place, New Delhi.
As the first of its kind in India, Lenovo's new store will provide overall brand experiences, including IdeaPad, IdeaCentre, ThinkPad, and ThinkCentre, to local customers. This flagship store is also Lenovo's first one-stop store in India, aiming to provide end-to-end shopping guide to consumers. In addition, Lenovo's new products will be launched and displayed in this flagship store before being sold in its other retail stores in India.
Chen Shaopeng, senior vice president of Lenovo Group, stated that this new flagship store, which is similar with Lenovo's other top-ranking stores in China and the world, aims to reflect the new features and new experiences of Lenovo's international stores. It will also enable customers to easily and conveniently enjoy Lenovo's products and services.
With the opening of this flagship store in Nehru Place, a core area for India's PC business, the number of Lenovo's retail stores in this area has been increased to three. Prior to this, the Chinese PC company opened two smaller specialty stores in Nehru Place.
