Renren.com, Nokia Reach Strategic Cooperation For China

Chinese social networking site Renren.com, previously known as Xiaonei.com, has reached strategic cooperation with the international mobile phone maker Nokia.
Under the agreement signed by the two parties, Nokia will provide Renren.com's widget services in its latest released 3G mobile phones, N97 mini and N97i. With the pre-installed application program, users of Nokia's N97 mini and N97i handsets will be able to login their accounts on Renren.com and communicate with their friends.
In the future, Renren.com's widget services will be available in more Nokia handsets. In addition, users can download the application from Nokia's Ovi online application store.
As one of the largest SNS website in China, Renren.com currently has 80 million registered users. With the cooperation with Nokia, the website will extent from the traditional Internet to the mobile Internet, enabling users to access its services more conveniently and rapidly.
