On Feb 23, 2009, I bought TWO dresses and paid $208.00 for both of them. I explained to the person that it is for my son’s wedding which would be in October 17, 2009. In sending the measurements she told me I had enough time, and I could send them in on later than June, which I did.

In August 2009, I emailed her to see how the dresses were coming along. I thought by then I would have gotten them. She responded, telling me “ ALL IS WELL”

In September, I emailed her again, no response, Two more times I emailed her again, she responded, and assured me that I would get both of them on time.

I emailed her again, she told me that I would have to wait until after the China National Holiday from Oct to Oct 8.

Again I emailed her and reminded her the date of the wedding. Being that it takes a week to ship I might not get it in time, or might not have enough time to get it altered if needed.

Her response was She would contact the post to see if she could mail it by Oct 9, 2009.

My response, which by now I am getting nervous was very direct and to the point. I told her that obviously I am not getting the dresses on time.

Her response was that She regretted that the person who takes care of the dresses are out of business for several days, he would be back after several days. For me not to worry about the dresses, they would take good care of them.

My response was rude and that I didn’t believe all of that.

She responded: What I said is true, the person is really out of business, she is taking his place for a few days. She didn’t know why I didn’t believe her. Let her know the number of my dress and she would check for me. She would call the person who took care of my dress.

All of this time I had been dealing with her since Feb, 2009, now she is talking about someone else that is in charge, which I told her this.

On Oct 12, 2009 she emailed me and said she had sent my package. Because of the China Holidays it maybe be delayed. Hope I get it soon. I should really get a backup dress in case the package can’t arrive in time.

On October 29, 2009, 12 days after the wedding I received the package. There was only one dress, not the two that I purchased. It looked NOTHING like what I ordered and the size of it was big enough for a table cloth.

During this time I had emailed another customer, seeing that she had ordered a dress also.

The response from this lady was that she had never received her dress either and when I asked her if she had gotten a refund she told me no.

To be doing this kind of business on the internet, and being that I am not the only person that she is doing this too in my opinion this is Fraud.

I would like, and so would others, have this stopped with this person. It looks like they think since we are in the United States and they are in Beijing China, there is nothing that we can do about it.

She will not respond back to me.

I would appreciate if you would look into this so it does not happen to anyone else.
