Chinese software and online game provider Kingsoft has reached a strategic cooperation framework with Dell, and the two parties will hold a press conference to reveal concerned details after the Chinese New Year.
With the partnership, the two companies will implement cooperation in various sectors, including product pre-installation, sales support for quarterly products, and joint promotion of strategic products. Starting from December 2009, Kingsoft and Dell launched a new marketing strategy that combines the main product lines of both parties.
The two companies will also implement in-depth resource integration in advertising, promotion, and exhibition. Once this cooperating model is initiated, it is expected to lead the development of cooperation between different industries in China.
Kingsoft said that the company is considering launching Kingsoft-themed customized computer products with Dell in the future.
